How it works:
The Omni Mixer has no agitator. The Omni Mixer is a unique machine. Instead of force mixing by agitators, the Omni disperses material particles in random directions inside a wobbling rubber bowl. As a result, the Omni Mixer reduces mixing time, increases production efficiency, saves labor, and ensures a homogeneous mixture. Conventional agitator mixers frequently degrade material properties because of the frictional heat that they generate. No Damage to FragilesFragile materials of low specific gravity can be homogeneously mixed without damage. Mixing loss is negligible (on the order of less than 1%). Uniformly Mixes Heavy and Light MaterialsMaterials with excessive differences in Specific Gravity can be homogeneously mixed (with up to specific gravity of 1/300). Disperse Mixing With No DamageAny quantity of carbon or glass fiber can be disperse-mixed without the damage of cutting, bending or splitting. Highly Viscous Materials Are Well-MixedHighly viscous materials (like Polyester) can be easily mixed, even in small quantities.
